You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Studio Cabin for 4 with Washer, Pool and Parking

Studio Alcôve of 27m2 located on the 3rd floor with elevator and its terrace of 8m2 facing South-East, view on the port as well as the swimming pool of the residence.  
  
It has a private car park in the (secured) residence n° 335.  
  
Ideal for 4 people, it has a sofa bed in the living room as well as a second sofa bed in the alcove.   
  
Duvets and cushions are available in the apartment.  
  
Bathroom with bathtub and sink, with hot water.  
  
In the living room there is a kitchen equipped with 4 electric fires, 1 top fridge, 1 microwave, 1 mini oven and storage furniture.  
  
Utensils such as frying pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are available to travellers.  
  
This apartment has a wall-mounted TV. French channels only.  
  
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi, you can contact the agency which will offer you a wi-fi box (2GB per day) at the price of 7 € per day or 40 € per week.  
  
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request it from the agency if necessary.  
  
Rental price: 15 € per bed for sheets.  
  
For towels: 10€ per person.  
  
Rental of baby bed: 13 € per week.
