But, you get what you pay for, for about $65 a night you get some nasty carpet in need of a deep clean in the hallways and stairs, roaches in your room, the AC vents need deep cleaning, the AC never got to the temperature below 70 degrees, the toilet had a weird leak but the toilet worked, the shower head was disconnected from the wall but the pressure and temperature...

"The rooms were clean, but there was a strong smell of Marijuana throughout the inside and outside. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast area was rude and snapped at guests. The pool was not open. The website stated there was a pool but it was closed. The Ice machine most of the time has no Ice. The front desk staff was very pleasant and cheerful."

"This place was terrible. Primary bed was broken, couch was broken, mold in the shower, rust completely inside and outside of the coffee pot. Entry is really complicated, there are 3-4 different gates all with different gate codes and we didn’t receive the right codes to get in. No one will ever answer the phone, you can only email and when I told them everything wrong and that I didn’t want to stay there because beds were terrible and everything was broken, dirty and not cared for they refused...

"We booked online as soon as Delta informed us our six-hour delayed flight would not arrive at DFW until after 2AM. Since we live 2.5 hours away from DFW we wanted to ensure we had a place to stay. No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"
