« My wife and I booked this home for a few nights stay during participation in the Ironman DesMoines 70.3. It was close to the city, and located in a quiet neighborhood area. The house was ready and clean, and Charlton was quick to respond to questions or concerns we had during our stay. If we come back to the area, I would definitely stay again. »

« The house was nice! It is an older house that has been remodeled. Obviously, like with any older house, there were some small issues but Steven took care of them immediately. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it was great! The game room downstairs was awesome to keep kids entertained! We would definitely stay there again. »

« Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up). »

« This was the perfect place for our family and friends to stay for state wrestling in Des Moines! The basement is huge and we loved the ping pong table, huge sectional couch and pull out couch bed. Plenty of bathrooms with everything needed and we used the kitchen to cook two meals everyday. Nice living room and the dining room table was our hangout spot for cards and laughing! Will definitely book again. »

« Just lost my wife to cancer and the family decided on a nice getaway. Mother in law ended up finding this place and I’m glad she did. The hospitality was amazing and the kids had a blast at the property especially the indoor pool. Everything we needed for a nice getaway was there and more as the property owner was always in contact and making sure we had what we needed at all times. »
