The triple balcony provides a delightful view of the pool and comes furnished with a patio table, 6 chairs, and a sun lounger, along with a convenient sun awning for shade.

As you step inside, one set of patio doors leads you to the comfortably furnished lounge, featuring a sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, a wifi internet router, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, boasting an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. Additionally, there is a separate utility room housing a washing machine, iron and board, and a water heater.

The master bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, bedside tables with bedside lamps, and fitted wardrobes. Adjoining this bedroom is an ensuite bathroom featuring a circular bath with a shower above, a wash hand basin with a mirror, a bidet, and a WC. Patio doors open onto the balcony, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
