Enjoy your holidays in our private Villa surrounded by a very large garden and a large pool.

The house is a two-storey villa. On the upper floor there is: a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, American coffee machine, blender and juicer), a very cozy living room, two dining rooms, one in the kitchen and another in the kitchen. the terrace (located right next to the kitchen) and a toilet.

On the lower floor there are: 3 bedrooms, 1 with two 90cm beds, 1 with a 160x200cm bed and 1 with two separate 110cm beds. One of the bedrooms has a full private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

From the lower floor you can directly access the garden where the pool of 7.5m x 3.5m. The pool is provided with a heated electric cover. The heating system of the pool is switched on from October to June and works automatically from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. It is also possible to put it into operation 24 hours a day with an additional charge of 10 euros per day. The heating of the pool can be put into operation also in the summer, 10 euros per day, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and for 15 euros per day 24 h.

The nearest beach to the house is located only 9 minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is only 4 minutes by car and the nearest golf course only 7/8 minutes by car.

the chalet is equipped with:

- Wifi ADSL;
- Towels, towels for the pool and sheets;
- Television with Spanish, English, German and French channels;
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric and gas heaters, hair dryer.

The staircase that connects the upper floor with the lower floor includes a very useful gate for the little ones (the gate can be placed on both floors).

the chalet includes all the necessary appliances for your vacation.

The maintenance service of the pool and the garden is done once a week.
