Important: Tenerife’s tropical and humid climate means that insects such as cockroaches may occasionally be present inside the property, even in clean and well-maintained properties. This is normal for the island and is not considered a cleanliness or maintenance issue.

The property is regularly cleaned and inspected and has no known or ongoing issues with bed bugs or other infestations. However, as with any accommodation worldwide, isolated sightings of insects can never be entirely ruled out due to the local environment. Self-Catering Stay: Please note that this is a vacation rental, not a hotel. Our team is available Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and for genuine emergencies outside these hours.

Check-In: Between 16:00 - 22.00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. Late arrivals incur an extra charge.

Arrivals 10:00 PM–12:00 AM → +€20

Arrivals 12:00–02:00 → +€40

Online Pre-Check-In: To ensure a smooth arrival, please complete the online check-in (by uploading your ID details) before you travel. Keys can only be handed over once this step is complete.

What’s Included: Fresh bed linens, 1 large towel per guest, 1 small towel per bathroom, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and dish soap.
