"We didn't receive an email about check in instructions as the booking information said i would. We phoned them and advised we wouldn't need the sofa bed made but it was made anyway. Check in was at the hotel round the corner and was so slow it took probably 20 mins. The bath was designed so that having a shower floods the room as the bath tub was not flush against the wall. There were light switches that don't work. The aircon vent was dripping onto the floor by the front door and the stain...

Spotlessly clean, good width and length of beds, linen looks brand new, comfortable, respectful room mates and lovely and quiet so easy to get good nights sleep! Great common shared spaces for socialising or working. Excellent strength wifi. I liked the area, right by the tram and metro making getting around easy. Delicious fresh and varied breakfast well worth it with cooked food (bacon, eggs, beans), pastries, fresh fruits and juice machine, the lady at breakfast Olga is very friendly and constantly ensures everything is topped up and clean and fresh. Highly recommend!"
