« The hotel is dated. The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. We had booked an extra bed and was not provided a pillow. The bathroom was not clean. We were meant to stay for two nights and checked out after the first night. The breakfast is substandard. The hotel seems short staffed—when we checked out it was the bellhop that did the processing of the paperwork and not the reception staff and this was around 9am.
According to their ‘proforma invoice’ we are owed a refund of Rs. 5407...

« Very good property located ideally close to the lake but on the quieter side giving the best of both the worlds. Rooms are very cosy, near, clean and satisfactory amenities. Good restaurant with nice and good spread of food. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. I would suggest staying at this property than staying close to main lake area which is quite crowded and noisy. This property has great location. « This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again.
Having said here are are some things that weren’t ideal.
1. It seemed that they had mopped the floors of the rooms using some disinfectants without following up by mopping...

« Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this! »
