« Customer Service at The Shigira was exceptional. We could not have been happier with the level of care and attention that Miyu provided. She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had. »

« 繁華街より少し離れていますが、車があればなんの問題もありませんでした。近くに徒歩で行けるお店も何軒かあり、有名なお店もありました。今回は初めての宮古島だったのでヴィラの周りはあまりゆっくり散歩できませんでしたが、ヴィラ自体も綺麗で、周りも静かで、さとうきび畑や、とてつもなく綺麗な夕陽、風力発電のブレードが回っているのが見えて、とても美しかったです。大人2人子供3人で泊まりましたが、ベッドも充分でした。また機会があれば利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 »
