« It was our second time staying at this beautiful hotel. The employees and the installations are amazing . Everything is also super accessible (stores, restaurants, public transportation). BUT, we had a little problem with the bathroom : it needed some work done. The very small sink needed some caulk and had almost no pressure. But overall, we had an amazing stay at the Nylo :) »

« Bought two rooms for me & my friends- when I called they said unfortunately they have no connecting rooms but we were placed side by side. 1st my friends got a noise complaint for music……. It was 10:30pm on a Friday night during St. Patrick’s day weekend….. I thought that was absurd. It’s a weekend if I were other guests I think it’s silly to really expect quiet especially during a holiday. If it was after midnight or 2am. Then ok but it wasn’t. website/ QR code pamphlet stated the resturaunt...

« We were quite disappointed in our stay. The room was dated, not maintained. Might have been grand 30 years ago, but at this point seems to be riding on old glory. Specifically the toilet was loose, bathroom door couldn't close, only one electric socket under the bed, the AC was really loud, the only light came from 2 bedside lamps. And there was no possibility to get breakfast?! »

« Fix the window cranks, paper holder came off and water pressure seemed kinda low .. however the water was nice and warm .. absolutely loved the fireplace and how spacious the rooms were . Though I would come back again on new years it’s was quiet 😊 »
