Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. I didn’t call guest serve since we had gotten woken up we might as well get ready and check out"
