« This hotel was in a perfect location and a great place to stay. When we were there, the lobby and some rooms were still under construction from the ice storm in January. The staff was very polite and the room/ bed was nice and perfect for what I needed. The bathrooms need to be updated but it’s just cosmetic. »

« Room, shower, mattress, bedding was great! Pillows were comfy! The only thing that was a concern was the toilet bowl not filling up with water and ability to properly flush. We filled the toilet bowl With water and it seemed to help. I think there was something sticking in the bowl that kept It from filling up properly. Location and staff were wonderful! »

« Las habitaciones tienen un olor terrible! El AC está apagado cuando recibes la habitación y esto hace que el olor aumente , las mismas están sucias no la limpian adecuadamente! Fui Housekeeping muchos años por eso puedo asegurarte que la limpieza es terrible »

« Did not eat breakfast. Room 423 had things that need to be fixed: window shade does not pull up abd down easily. Closet shelf and clothes bar not attached to wall. The whole place seemed musty. However, the staff was nice and the room was very quiet. »
