Location of the hotel is not the best, the area is shady at night and busy in the morning. "On arrival our booking couldn’t be found, there seemed to be a problem. We had to change rooms because every time the toilet flushed there was water on the floor. The carpet was wet from another time. We were put into another room without any problems. It was great to be able to have a meal at the hotel. Lovely staff especially our waitress "

"Eye-wateringly expensive - taking advantage of the Pollutec event I expect (free market economy and all that). Due to there being no reception after hours, we had to deal with the security guard who was on duty, who was rude and unhelpful (his phone call much more important). Room was tiny, with pillows so thin they were almost see-through. Avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed."
