"There was no bar, no free breakfast. Clean enough room. The only good thing about the hptel was the location, and the wonderful and social staff at desk downstairs. There no phone in the room so if theres any issues u ahve to go downstairs...while we stayed we had a plumbing problem, no wifi for a few days, and only 1 working lift for a few days. Rooms look nicer tan the pics. Also we were on level 17 so we cohld hear all noise from.penthouse bar upstairs. Terribly noisy"

"The A/C was turned off throughout the hotel because the temp outside was in the high 60s, making the rooms incredibly warm and humid. I stayed in a Deluxe Queen for 2 nights, then booked a Deluxe King for 1 night following. The staff scheduled a Room Change to transfer my baggage to the King room while I was away. However, I checked in and was told to check if my baggage was transferred because the front desk staff had no idea. My baggage wasn’t transferred, and they allowed new guests to check into my former room with my bags! I then had to wait another 30min (hours after scheduled transfer) for my bags. The Deluxe King was a smaller room with a very small shower on a lower floor, and much more expense than the room I was currently in - where they left my baggage and told me I couldn’t extend my stay in."

"Staffs are very nice and friendly. Room is modern and convenient. The down side is the soundproof of room is Horrible. We got waken up by our next door neighbor shower sound and blow dry sound every single morning of our stay at 7am. The sound is like literally near our ear in our room. And the other rooms door close and open sound is loud and clear. We couldn’t rest well at all. I won’t stay here again as there is other better choices nearby in Nomad."

"Stylish hotel with very good public spaces. Helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly small room without basic practicality including space for clothing and luggage. No tea/coffee in room. The 50$ amenity is just an upcharge with little benefit. I won’t stay here again. "

"Angel and Maheen were a wonderful welcoming pair. In the city to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday, and they were so helpful in getting things set for her arrival and sent up a bottle of bubbly. Great stay. Absolutely would stay again."
