« The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »

« Breakfast was horrible and they were in the middle of renovations. Had I known before booking, I would not have booked. »

« Gene at front desk was very nice. This property is extremely dated. Carpet was gross. Needs paint and overall did not think it was a great hotel. It’s fine in a pinch. One more thing we traveled with a service dog and was reprimanded that we did not mention at booking (which is not a thing on Expedia). Choice hotels don’t allow pets and apparently aren’t too keen on service dogs either. They did accommodate us and it was for one night only but thought it should be mentioned. »

« Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. « Hotel was clean, spacious, and updated. Beds were not very comfortable. Complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby would have been nice. Most hotels offer this. The only choice is coffee from Starbucks and many people don’t drink Starbucks. Not to mention the added cost. And I really don’t think it would hurt Starbucks at all. »
