"Host is friendly and helpful, there are animals around which can be fun for kids. It's great as a base if you are going to go on bike rides or to the beach. The apartment itself is a bit small and dark for staying in all day if the weather is bad. Kitchen was okay, but I wish it had sugar in it or an espresso machine. The village is not really a village, just some houses by the road. For shopping you need to bike into Ribnitz."

"Gemütliches und sehr funktionell eingerichtetes Tiny House! Andreas hat sich bei der Einrichtung sehr viel Mühe gegeben. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Haus liegt unterhalb des Hauses von Andreas, hinten im Garten und man hat einen Blick auf das kleine Hühner und Schafgatter und dahinter auf Wiesen und Felder. Es ist sehr ruhig, von der Straße hört man nichts, dafür den Klang der Natur. Die schöne Terrasse lädt zum Sitzen und Ausruhen ein. Körkwitz liegt zwischen Ribnitz und Graal...

"The room was comfortable, if smaller than some we have used and there were no tea/coffee making facilities but generally OK. Staff were friendly and helpful although parking could be better (we have a disabled badge and parked on-street which was more convenient). Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was fairly scruffy as clearly this part of Rostock is still in the process of development/improvement. Restaurants were on the other side of what was effectively a dual carriageway with few convenient crossing points but a good choice of outlets. Rostock as a whole is not an obvious place to visit but there is plenty to see from both the historic and communist eras. The beach resort of Warnemunde is good for high-end shopping and eating although the beach itself is a disappointment. Bad Doberan is worth a visit for the minster church and the "Molli" narrow-gauge railway."
