A room for 3 only had 2 sets of cups and no spoons, 2 towels instead of 3. Had to call room service each time we required the 3rd set of above"
"I had aproblem with my car icouldnt make it in time for the first nite ihad to wait for the car hire from my insurance I called the hotel but they never do anything to assist I had to sleep one night but they charge two nights while it was an accident.
At night we couldnt sleep the guest were making alot of noise from 7pm till the morning we wake up early and left the hotel without even their breakfast"
