Hotel is conveniently located near train station 15 minutes walk. We have to highlight the service at the hotel restaurant Rebeca is an awesome person every time we had a question about the area she explained and gave details in every answer thanks Rebeca.

Friendly atmosphere as we walk to reception. Overall clean and refreshing place to stay. Could not find fault in room which was excellently presented and very comfortable.

The The hotel is good, but it doesn't have air conditioning or mini-fridges in the rooms. Additionally, it's located outside the train station hub, so you need to take an Uber, taxi, bus, or walk to get to the station. The people are very kind and helpful. Other than that, everything is excellent.

The hotel staff are outstanding! I have to especially thank Karim and Lory at the front desk. Also, I have to especially thank Maria, one of the breakfast staff, for excellent conversation and advice! Maria is one of the main reasons I extended my stay.

Good Hotel

Nice hotel. Is not near the center of the city, but is easy to get to using public transportation. Is not convenient if you want to get to here from the airport by public transportation as you will have to change trams. Easy car ride from the airport though. A nice clean hotel to stay if you transiting through Zurich. But staying closer to the city center is better.

We were couple hrs early and asked to check in and they expediated a room for us. Lory on the desk was awesome. So chatty and nelpfulin every aspect. The hotel was good and restaurabt breakfast buffet was over but they offered to whip us up some breakfast just the same. Much appreciated

Below average rooms

Great customer service, below average rooms. We had two rooms, both were below average. They both had a weird unpleasant smell in them. The hardwood floors were scratched very badly. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

People used to write when they have negative remarks. I take a moment to say everything was positive for the 3 nights spent by you. Usually I take another hotel when I am in Zurich, but to be honest Holiday Inn Messe was really a good surprise. The ‘’Executive room’’ was very good. And the staff very kind. The staff are friendly and helpful! The breakfast is excellent! The only problem is that the WiFi only works for smartphones. The WiFi doesn’t connect to PC laptops, so getting work done is difficult. There isn’t a nearby place to go to for WiFi. The staff told me that this problem will be solved in the near future.
