« Tres bel environnement, attention apres 21h il est presque impossible de diner a l'hotel ou dans la ville »

« Let's start with the positives. The reception desk and café staff, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was clean. The dining space was updated and clean and the staff did their best. The grounds were well kept. The negative were the other staff. No one spoke English and did not attempt to communicate in any other language, verbal or non-verbal. Listing a property on Expedia should include mention that English is not widely spoken when appropriate. Except for the cave steam bath, there...

« Extraordinaire Très romantique Pratiquement dans le centre ville 10 minutes à pieds du musée mines plein air »

« Hôtel tout confort au centre ville de Partizanske Établissement récent à la propreté et équipements irréprochables. »

« The sunshine in the morning was too strong, suggested to change to black-off curtains for better confort »

« Accueil très agréable Très bien situé à 10 minutes à pied du château Chambre spacieuse et confortable Bon petit déjeuner En résumé parfait »

« This is a very posh, small (24 room) 5* hotel, located right in the center of the small town of Banska Stiavnica. There are a few tourist attractions in town (most interesting - the mine tour) and there are other...

« L'appartement pour 5 est pratique, mais dans cette gamme de prix c'est le pire qu'on ait eu en Slovaquie et en Autriche sur 8 hébergments différents. Le reste de l'hotel est surement tres bien et la réceptionniste est charmante. »

« This place is perfect, I would recommend it very highly. It is very clean, the bed was really comfortable and the host was very helpful! »

« The location is convenient to walk to town. The first few photos on the Expedia listing show a lovely play park- this is not part of the hotel and is actually 3.5km away. We booked this property as we have a small child, but this property is a series of dreary apartments around a small car park. There is no garden or play area. We booked via Expedia and included in the booking that we have a small child. On arrival we were charged an additional 15 euros for the cot bed. This is ridiculous...

« Really nice small hotel with a natural small pool in the middle. The restaurant next to it is really good. »
