The accommodation is a 3-room apartment with a floor area of 98 square meters, located on the 2nd floor of the "Anno 1529 - Malzmönch Laurentius" property. It has been renovated in 2023 with modern and cozy furnishings. The layout consists of one room with a single bed and a French bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), another room with a single bed and a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), and a kitchen/living room.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine in the kitchen area. The living room features a dining table, cable TV (flat screen), radio, and a DVD player with a collection of DVDs available for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/WC, and there is also a sauna for your relaxation. The heating system ensures a comfortable indoor temperature. Outside, you can enjoy the balcony with its furniture and sitting area, offering a view of the city.
