"We stayed over two nights as we visited the nearby Illinois Beach State Park. The accommodations were great and staff was very responsive. One feature to note - we stayed in the 2 King one-bedroom suite (which is advertised to accommodate 6 adult guests). The door between the bedroom and main room is really a window. There is no privacy between the two rooms. Ordinarily, a room like this has a solid door, which gives a family a second space to change, have a break from one another, etc. My understanding is the door with window is a requirement of the corporation, not a local decision. Either way, it might be helpful for others booking this type of room to understand the set-up. I uploaded photos - this is looking from suite space into bedroom (not a reflection)."
