"Very disappointing stay. I waited 30 minutes to be let in, then was told my booked room had been given to someone else because I arrived around 9pm. The replacement room had a single bed instead of double l had booked , was unclean and looked like it had been used. The owner was rude, while Expedia was helpful and offered compensation. The access road is also very poor and dusty. Definitely would not stay again!!"

"The N-1 hotel is a solid, clean, and no-frills base for a short stay near the falls. Its location is fantastic—within walking distance of Victoria Falls, shops, and restaurants. The front desk efficiently arranged a timely morning airport transfer with just a night's notice. While the rooms are basic and the pool is somewhat detached from the accommodations, it’s a convenient, reliable spot for a 1-to-2-day trip when you just need a place to sleep before catching a flight."

"We stayed here a few nights. The rooms were clean and room service would check from time to time to see if there was anything else we needed. There is a large restaurant area where you can enjoy both breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool is not heated and since we were there in 'winter' season, the water was a bit too chilly for us. There is a bar next to the pool, where you can enjoy yummy refreshments. One night we were surprised by a group of dancers and singers that showed up during our dinner. Their dances were amazing as were the songs. Every day we had organized excursions - Victoria Falls National Park, Chobe National Park in Botswana, a helicopter flight and more. The hotel is well known and perfectly situated for pick-ups and drop offs. We walked to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and always felt perfectly safe. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We spend 2 nights here - one at the start of our journey through Zimbabwe and one at the end. We arrived late and left early, so don't have much feedback about their restaurant, other than the breakfast buffet was excellent. The first night, we were accidentally given a room that had not been cleaned yet. When we pointed this out to the front desk, they immediately brought us to a room that was clean and ready - so quick resolution of an issue. The last night, we had no issues. The wifi worked well, which was key for us as we needed to connect to people in the US. Thank you."

"A boutique and very personal (only 3 year old) hotel a little outside the main Victoria Falls town. Offers regular free shuttle into town and down to Vic Falls Entrance. Outside the designated times, you have to book taxis but the hotel have an account with reliable supplier. We had the larger signature room which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff are very helpful. Cooked breakfasts are good. Only slight criticism is that dinner can be quite slow and it’s best to go for the fresh cooked grills."

"The room was clean and everything worked well. The place is small and I never saw anyone in the bar. (Not an issue for us). Rooms are pretty small as well. Breakfast was cereal, fruit and eggs cooked to your liking as well as sausage, bacon and beans. -So, a nice breakfast. Extra person in the room was very tight and cost $70/night. So, that was a little expensive. It's a small town, so everything is close. But fairly far for walking. Use InDrive as a ride hailing app and anywhere you want to go will end up costing you $3 each way."
