"This is a new modern digital centric hotel. Tablet panels are only in Chinese. I could not pay with any overseas credit card or Alipay HK."

"Very nice, clean and spacious room! Usually I don’t trust the hotel’s own photos on booking apps, but this one looked exactly as is, very presentable. The bathroom was big with a lovely bathtub and window to bedroom which made it feel nice and open (with blinds if privacy is needed) and a separate, strong shower. Water pressure perfect and hot water all day. Most of the staff spoke English and were very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Only downside was the mattress felt a little like it...

"Very nice hotel as a 5 star rating hotel. Their room lighting controls have many options to choose from: relax mode to working mode. It is very convenient to travel to the airport especially if you need to wake up early to catch a flight. One of the thing on safety is commendable, there is a calling for help button next to the toilet seat. I think not too many hotels even 5 stars will have that one button. Staffs are couteous. Breakfast buffet have many choices, very inter-continental."

"As always, great place to stay. I would suggest to improve wi-fi but if you ask about it, they will put a wi-fi booster in the room. Shower door also had a problem and did not close well leaving water on the floor each time. Other than that, service is fantastic, spa is great and breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Great area also to walk around, and close to new metro station Huaide. "

However, the cafe on the 3rd floor really gave me a surprise, simple and cozy food, clean and quiet and the atmosphere is excellent. The parking space is acceptable and the basement set up is good. "The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. It was lovely to be greeted by...
