Booked a non smoking room, but like most Chinese hotels, this non smoking was poorly if at all enforced, so the hallways always smelled of smoke. Maids were phenomenal, very polite, very punctual, and very communicative even with our minimal chinese language skills. "

"Booked this hotel on the understanding that it provides airport shuttle service. Only found out at check in that the shuttle bus is not 24-hour service, which was no use to me. Had to spend extra money on taxi fares. There aren’t much going on around the hotel. We walked approximately 2 kilometres and found a couple of eating places. Otherwise it is a clean and comfortable hotel. Suitable for stopover stays. "

"浴室にまた異臭がありました。北京の水質があまり良くないため、床にかさぶたのような汚れができています。清掃を強化すれば、異臭や床の黄ばみは解消されると思います。ホテルの隣の火鍋は味が薄く、あまり美味しくありません。可能であれば、デリバリーを頼むか、地図を開いて5分ほど歩いたところで食事をするのがおすすめです。全体的には悪くありませんでした。"
