"Had a miserable experience due to the bed being so cheap. Not a hotel quality bed. It was a thin mattress on a aluminum frame. Creaked everytime you moved around. We were not able to sleep at all and ended up checking out early. Complete waste of money!!!! Would not recommend."

"The location is good, close to the Loop 202. Breakfast is not breakfast, they offer a granola bar, a hard boiled egg and coffee. Sorry, this is not breakfast and is very misleading. "

"We had the most wonderful stay! Our host, Mira, was extremely helpful and sweet. My son caught his first fish, the pool was absolutely beautiful, the house had every single thing we needed and more, and memories were made. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet place to rest, relax, and explore. The location was perfect as we were close to plenty of stores, restaurants, and recreational activities. We felt safe and it was a quick drive to the hustle and bustle of the city. 5 out of 5 stars from us!!!"

"The property was just a listed. Great house and great yard. The house was very dirty. I hasn’t had a good clean in a long time. There was signs of some cleaning but under the couches and beds was terrible. So much dust and hairballs. The outdoor bbq station was very dirty and the 5 pool loungers all had severe wear and stains on the cushions "

"Actually did not stay at the Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler. We booked and when we showed up to check in they did not have the room we booked and paid for. The person at the desk informed us that although we had booked a double, we could have a king bed. Being unwilling to sleep with 4 people in one bed, we left and went elsewhere, after the desk clerk acted like it was difficult to cancel the reservation when they did not have the room they advertised. Very unhappy with the experience we had at Holiday Inn Phoenix-Chandler. "
