"This was a really good find! The woman who checked me in (sorry I can't remember your name!) was extremely friendly and helpful. She provided some great recommendations for food, one authentic place within 100m, as well as craft beer (which I love) recommendations. Also, she provided great advice on hiking Moskie Oko, which was very helpful. My room was very clean, the bathroom was redone very nicely. I can totally recommend the Liberta Inn, and Zakopane is a great area to visit!"

"Sehr sauberes kleines Hotel. Alle Angestellten waren sehr nett. Wegen Corona wurde das Frühstück serviert, es war aber viel zuviel. Meine grosse Tochter ist Veganerin, sie hat dann immer einen extra Geműseteller bekommen. Das Hotel liegt paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum weg, ruhig gelegen in zweiter Reihe. Top. Es gibt einen schönen Spielplatz und einen Billardraum im Keller. Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Kűhlschrank war sehr hilfreich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. "

"Very conveniently located apartment, about 15 mins walk from Krupowski street. Apartment was modern, warm and comfortable. The host was very easy to contact when we needed to. Wi-Fi service was very patchy and didn’t work on the TVs. Below apartment is a supermarket, and bus/train station is right next-door. Overall very good stay, just needs better WiFi!"

"The only positives are perhaps relative low price for area, shops and restaurant nearby and heating was ok (it was -10 outside). Kind owners and probably lacking hands too (or motivation). Otherwise expect razor thin walls, cardboard doors with zero insulation, cheap everything, beg for toilet paper every day (in polish, no english), too little parking for the amount of guests. "My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. Breakfast was nice Polish style and was fresh every day. For the price I found the hotel great. The only down side was the Wi-Fi was not very strong. Also it’s at the top of a hill, so very quiet."
