"We loved the friendliness and relaxed atmosphere of Mr Jordaan. The canal-side setting is peaceful and beautiful, just a few minutes walk from bars and cafes. The room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the staff were friendly, cheerful and helpful at all times. A cool hotel, we loved it! "
"Beautifully set in Westerpark, this clean and quiet hotel is a convenient base from which to explore Amsterdam. Many restaurants nearby. Bus/ tram stops around the park make it easy to travel the city; however the area is also quite walkable to the city center. A relaxing place to enjoy long summer evenings outdoors after a busy day. "
"The hotel is charming! Like most European spaces, it is small but the staff is helpful and the place is next to a nice breakfast spot. The only downside is that the shower drain is in the middle of the bathroom so it gets the whole bathroom floor wet (but that’s just preference!) it’s a bit of a walk from the train station and city centre (around 30 mins) but overall, I had a pleasant stay."
"Nice stay, this is more a hotel than a condo. Nice location, easy access from Central Station, close to the tram or walking distance to Jordaan.
Only suggestion for improvement would be to stock the kitchen a bit more with equipment. One pot and one pan don’t go far, and the dishes were a bit short so we ended up running the dishwasher a lot."

"The hotel is centrally located with a convenient location to the main train station, restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel is located in a very busy area and we were on the 2nd floor, the room was very quiet.
We opted out of the daily cleaning of the room and we given a bottle of wine as a thank you.
A few minor issues: no clock in the room, the night stands were about 12" high, Outlet and USB ports only on 1 side of the bed, the water from the shower leaked out of the shower due to the design and placement of the drain, and the breakfast was too expensive.
Even with all the minor issues, we would stay here again.

"Location was very walkable to everything and was there 5 nights, pretty quiet each night, busier by day time but everywhere in the city is pretty bustling.
Staff were great, room was a quite small, and bathroom a bit poky, but that’s fairly typical. Just a trick to get around finding space with two check-in luggage’s and carryons etc
Nice mid-point position to jordaan, central shopping and red light district but not in “party zone” so you can sleep :)
