« L'endroit est très beau et le persinnel avenant. Cependant au moment de notre réservation il était dit que le déjeuner était inclus alirs que dans les fait ce n'était pas le cas. »

« The desk chair (the only chair in the room) was old, squeaky and dirty. The elevator I used to access our room on the 4th floor had a problem. When pushing the button for the 4th floor, I had to push it repeatedly over and over for about 30 to 45 seconds before it would light up and begin ascending. »

« Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. »

« Large cabin was a great size for a family. It was very clean when we arrived and checked in. »

« There’s not a hot tub at this property which I’m very upset about because that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. My room wasn’t properly cleaned and i had to go behind and clean the fridge and microwave. Was told i would be refunded for breakfast because the staff has not been showing up but that didn’t happen. On a good note the staff was very personable and caring. »

« This place is HORRIBLE. SO DIRTY !!!! This place needs to be burnt down. This was the WORSE hotel stay I ever had. I had to clean my own room, It was old blown up balloons under the bed. The shower didn't work and they wouldn't give us any lien. DO NOT STAY HERE !!! »

« We had them come up and look at the cords hanging from the AC, he got it working. Always had to ask for cups. No hot tub but the pool was great. Breakfast got a little boring but we were there for 6 days. The staff was very nice. We really liked Tiffany. »

« Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again! »
