« I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room.
The deposit was not indicated online.
The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke.
I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it.
That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours.
The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help.
The next morning I asked to check out and...

« No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The only towel bar in the bathroom broken. Coffee maker broken. Loud bikers were allowed to play loud music until 2 A.M. followed by loud talking early in the morning. »
