"Could be cleaner with stains on carpet, shower curtain and toothpaste stains around washroom mirror. Fitness room was very warm and cramped. Free breakfast was terrible serving premade eggs, pancakes. "

"The property was in good condition overall. However, despite low occupancy, we were assigned a room directly below an active renovation area. As a result, we were woken up every morning around 8 a.m. by loud construction noise."

"The staff was very friendly,and the room was very well maintained. I found it to be a huge problem that they did not have stairs available and guests could only use the elevators. There was a concert and everyone got back to the hotel at the same time. Two of the three elevators broke so we were stuck waiting in a huge line. The staff did take groups up via the service elevator but it would have been more convenient to let people take the stairs. To be clear there were emergency stairs, but guests weren't offered their use. "
