"We absolutely loved the property. Rick provided a well stocked kitchen and the beds were extremely comfortable. The listing was very accurate & Rick answered any and all questions promptly. We highly recommend adding the pontoon to your rental. It was nice to putter around the lake. We lived on the lake all day and played games in the sunroom all evening. The sunsets were insane the week that we were there.The weather was amazing so we didn't utilize the game room that much, but when we did use it, it was an absolute blast. There were 6 of us in our party ranging from 15-adult and everyone said they had the right balance of chill & fun. We hope to return. "

"Great location and decor in the cottage. Very quiet and relaxing surroundings. The water was great and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of each day. Allowed to bring our dogs as well. The kitchen had the latest in digital and wi-fi enabled appliances."

The beach and lake access at Little Bear Lake was perfect for our paddleboards, kayak and swimming.wish they had a few beach towels available."
