"Moon Villa provided quite possibly the best customer service that I've ever had from a hotel in recent memory! They catered to our every need and offered excellent care from before arrival through departure. The resort is perfectly situated in the scenic part of Yangshou and just a few km from downtown (which is easily accessible by bike or free shuttle van. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable, and spacious. We are excited to go back Moon Villa and can't recommend it enough!"

"Absolutely everything was amazing about this place. From the staff who were always friendly, smiling, courteous and always on hand to assist you. The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. The building and the environment combines the beauty of the traditional Chinese architectures and the luxurious comfort of a modern hotel. It is quiet and beautiful and comfortable. Their food is very delicious. We will not hesitate to book the same hotel if we travel here again. "
