"The staff was very friendly, it’s ok hotel for the price, close to major spots. The bathroom was very nice and loved it, they had a free laundry service which was nice "

This hotel is terrible, but don't believe me, look at the pictures yourself. First, try to find it! no directions, indications or clues on the hotel location. We found it by reading a guest review from 2019!. Not a single word of english, so be prepared to use translator intensively (not a problem of the hotel, just a recommendation). No front desk, just another room where it seems the attendant is...

"Centrally located. You can easily walk to many areas. There are many food options nearby. The room was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok. Overall nice stay. "
"Very good location. Friendly and helpful reception. One of the few hotels with welcome drinks and afternoon tea for guests. Xi'an was boiling hot when we were there. Hotel had lots of bottled water available to guests. Delicious breakfast. "
"Joan was helpful on the front desk. He went out of the way to makeover stay comfortable he booked the tickets. He speaks good English overall, we were happy with the place. Will highly recommend anybody with family or business."
