Tucked away from the main thoroughfare, this property occupies a private lot in an area that offers delightful opportunities for leisurely strolls. During the summer months, you can indulge in the popular sandy beaches and swim docks on the 150 acre Lake Aspen, relish the proximity of the Conference Center, Innsbrook's picturesque outdoor swimming pool, and savor the culinary delights at The Clubhouse Restaurant, all just a stone's throw away.  
  
Gaze upon the picturesque wooded landscape from the upper and lower decks and experience the comforts of a permanent residence while taking full advantage of the amenities at Innsbrook Resort. Each bedroom is paired with its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for groups. The expansive basement caters to families seeking a serene retreat and room for recreational activities.  
  
The main floor features an open layout with a panoramic wall of windows that seamlessly blends the indoors with the natural surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two cozy sitting spaces, and a warm fireplace offer the perfect backdrop for relaxation. On this level, you'll find a bedroom with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and two full bathrooms. The main floor is also graced by an inviting deck for al fresco dining.
