It was working well for two weeks and after the hotel was under new ownership it cut in and out. The Fridge leaked water. A promise to repair was not carried out in 3 weeks. The room safe was broken. The promise of replacement was not carried out. When using the phone to contact reception the 100 number given did not work. Luncheon on a Sunday with three people and after ordering took 1 hr 30 minutes to receive food. It is a lovely Hotel and I hope they can remedy the things mentioned."
