Lovely little family getaway

Relaxing holiday

From the moment we walked into the property we found it was clean, comfortable, well maintained & decored inside & out ( gardens were beautiful) with everything you need from comfy beds to the outdoor entertaining area which we found made our stay feel like home which is a credit to the owners. The Location in Wooli was absolutely amazing, close to everything, mostly walking distance which is fantastic & right on the beach which we absolutely loved & enjoyed. My family including our furbaby had a most amazing relaxed holiday with many memories made. Thank you from the Noyce family.

Perfect Holiday Spot right on beach

Has everything required. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room to spread out, beds are comfy and love the addition of the Dishwasher, sheets and towels are provided which sets it apart from most other properties in Wooli. Ideally situated on the beach, and a short walk to river for fishing and the bowlo is an easy walk away. Loved our stay and We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two families shared this well-equipped abode. Plenty of space and spaces for all. Garage great for storage but no car access. Had extra fridge which was a bit stinky from seafood but ok for drinks. Spare boogie boards had seen better days but did the job. Kitchen coped feeding 9 people altho could not find any wine glasses. The exhaust fan did not work along with some light switches. Plenty of places to relax, big comfy couches inside and out. Amazing views and beach access from dune at back of property with a big wood burning firepit there as well. Our pre-Xmas stay was highlighted by lack of tourists. It was a true sleepy hollow ideal to unwind. A pub, a bowlo, post office, general store with fuel, tackle shop and cafe served all our needs. Grafton the closest place for a major shopping centre - 40 mins. Kids could ride the streets without any worries. Fishing spots galore. Heaps of surf and still water options for swimming including patrolled area during holiday season. Quirky front door setup opens directly into the bathroom. But no real hassle to use backdoor as main entrance instead. Washing machine and dishwasher very handy. Good DVD library with large screen TV plus extra screen and player in kids retreat. Outdoor shower great for post beach rinse. Final words from everyone were – when can we comeback !!

Such a lovely location, I mean what better way than to wake up, make a cuppa and walk up the hill in the backyard to sit down and look out over the ocean! All homely comforts available plus more. Wooli Bliss

Reviewer Comments: We had such a fantastic time during our recent stay.Your positioned right on the sand dunes with spectacular views from the top of the hill and easy access to the beach.The property was lovely with three big bedrooms in the main house and separate “sleep out” room for the kids. There was lots of extra “little touches” that made this the perfect holiday house. Two things that weren’t obvious in the description:The 4th bedroom/kids rumpus bedroom, isn’t actually connected to the house and doesn’t have it’s own bathroom/toilet, so if you’re using this room you need to walk outside (via a covered outdoor area) and back into the main house to access the toilet at night. Not a big deal for us with teenagers, but it may be a problem for families with young kids wanting to utilize this 4th room.Also the front door takes you straight through/into the only shower/bathroom so you need to be careful not to interrupt people in the shower. Again not a problem for us, however it may be slightly more awkward if sharing with another family.All in all though, we loved this house and we will definitely be back.The Realestate agents were also more than helpful and welcoming with whatever we needed.Thanks again

Beautiful home in amazing location

It was such a wonderful place to stay, the house had everything we could have possibly needed plus more, it is spacious and comfortable and the location is just wonderful. *No wifi or signal for vodafone. (Optus and Telstra fine) Bring shoes for outside otherwise a lot of sand gets in the house
