« Un accueil de grande qualité, une sympathie "réelle" (par là j'entends sans sourire forcé/commerçant, un vrai sourire et une vraie gentillesse). « This ranked as one of the worst hotel experiences in my life. It was late, the hotel was full, so no moving to another room. We had a few bugs to kill, wet to musty rugs, dirty towels, a frig freezer that couldn't make freeze water bottles, and a A/C unit that wouldn’t change temps. We slept, cleaned ourselves in the morning and ran. We skipped the free breakfast. It may have been fine, but just didn’t trust it. « You get what you pay for. The price was cheap but the room was still not worth it. Everything was dirty and run down. The refrigerator was not working. We asked to have someone fix it but no one did. Seldom was there anyone at the front desk. We had to check in using a kiosk instead of talking to a real person. If you wanted to buy a snack, you had to scan it yourself and pay with a card all while being videotaped. When we left we dropped our card at the kiosk and no one was at the desk to say...

« Nice clean room. No noise from interstate from a sixth floor room in the back of the property. Pillows were a little too firm and small for my liking but for just an overnight it was fine. Breakfast had good options (biscuits and gravy, sausage, potatoes, eggs). Really convienent location right off I-70 and close to mall and shopping centers if needed. »
