"Our room was very dated and had a dirty feel to it. We complained about the noise of the semis right outside our door - it was too loud to sleep - and the staff didn't seem to hear our concerns. I tried to cancel our stay 15 minutes after getting into the room and seeing the conditions and was told that I would still have to pay for all 3 nights whether we stayed or not. Do not recommend this property at all!!"

"The staff and everything was excellent, but unfortunately, we were not aware that the hot tub was broken until we got there and it was broken for both days and I even tried to do my Expedia Insurance file a claim but it wouldn’t let me do that. Staff could’ve tried to make it right, but unfortunately, since we went through, Expedia wouldn’t help at all and they couldn’t fix anything because it didn’t work, but we loved the shampoo and conditioner and stuff the pillows were soft everything was clean, and the staff was amazing. Although the second day Saturday the water was cold."

"The rooms were very dirty. The sofa was dirty (don’t sit on it), the bedding was dirty with stains, the walls had blood and boogers on them in the bathroom. Our air conditioner was blowing black “dust” or maybe mold out of it landing on our king bed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"The staff was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. The spa was fantastic, and spending time in the grotto before the massage was so relaxing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be back!"

"The shade in the room was broken upon arrival. After rolling it up, some additional light was helpful. Not sure when the shower floor was cleaned last, either. The bed was fine, location was fine. Asked for a later checkout and was told NO. See the picture of what the parking lot looked like at 3:50pm. "

"Hotel needs updated! I callef Hilton reservations to make sure there was a sofa bed in the room. They confirmed there was. Surprise no spfs sleeper. Called front desk they said I should have booked a suite if i wanted a sofa sleeper. Then said there was nothing they could do. We had to search for another room somewhere and most places were full. Very disappointed in this place and breakfast far so, so, nothing to come back to."
