« I arrived at 4.30pm and my room was not ready. I waited and it took nearly 2 hours before the room was ready. The staff member could not locate my room or provide access to the kitchen. The amenities were not clean and the room assigned to me belonged to a lodger, whose personal belongings were in the room. The accommodation was noisy until 1am in the morning so I barely got any sleep. There were cobwebs galore on the windows and the fly screen was broken and I could not turn the power point off...

« Great value motel in a perfect location to explore Phillip Island. The rooms are clean and fully equipped (microwave, boiler, toaster, fridge, etc), checking in and out was fast, really no complaints, would stay here again for sure! »

« The kitchen was fully equiped but they have a coffee pod machine that the cups are too big to put under it. Not a problem as we took our own coffee pot. The staff are all wonderful. The position is perfect to restaurants but also a quite relaxing place.The beach is fantastic good safe beach for families with a beautiful rock pool. »
