"The staff at the front desk were excellent, friendly, very helpful A one. The breakfast as very good, coffee was very good and hot. Loved the frest baked cookies in the afternoon. My only complaint would be the bedding is not very nice. Not sure who made the bed but im pretty sure a bedskirt is not to be used as a sheet. Could also use more lighting in the bathroom. That being said i would go back."

"We had a great stay. Was close to everything and anything you wanted to do! The food was yummy from the bar in the hotel! Staff was incredibly helpful, and kind. The only this was our tv didn’t work properly and the pool was cold! Other than that, was a great stay."

"Where do I even start! First off parking amazing, the staff ALL STAFF even the morning crew on breakfast. Everyone so heart welcoming. We checked in late due to our drive but still even at 830PM the front desk lady was smiling and even helped us get a lower floor room due to my daughter’s elevator fears/anxiety. All around wonder hotel clean rooms, clean pool/slides. The staff in the pool area are the nicest people we’ve ever encountered in a swimming area. Will we return BIG 100%!!"

"The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. Breakfast was good and the woman working the kitchen/dining room was excellent. The shampoo dispenser was empty and there weren't any water cups in the bathroom."
