Pas de table ou d'étagère pour un simple smartphone de ce côté. Isolation phonique inexistante : des gens parlaient sur la terrasse jusqu'à 2h00! Ils sont passés sur TV ensuite jusqu'à 5h...et comme l'isolation n'avait pas changé entre temps.
