« I only gave it 1 star because none wasn’t an option. We booked two rooms for our family and they were on completely opposite sides of the motel with one upstairs and the other downstairs. The stairs were not shoveled, there was ice on each one and was very unsafe. Men dressed in all black hanging around outside. The first room was ok besides the carpet was disgusting. The second room smelt like smoke, blood on the toilet set and ROACHES everywhere. The front desk was extremely rude and told me...

« This was a nightmare from the time I walked in to check in. At check in the man asked if I had a pet? I said no, my boyfriend has an ADA service animal. He asked a lot of illegal and HIPPA violations questions, he also asked me to have the dog preform his duties, very illegal as well. He tried to charge me a pet fee again very illegal. Knowing my boyfriend needs his ADA dog and when I booked I asked for an assisable room, he decided to continue to be rude and gave us the farthest back room,...
