« Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. »

« This is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore historic downtown Wilmington! We stayed here for two weeks and walked everywhere; bars, restaurants, galleries, breweries, the riverwalk, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was: even though there are restaurants right behind it, you couldn’t hear anything. Off street protected parking was great and there is laundry available onsite. While we were there, we got to know neighbors and joined them twice for drinks in the parking...

« The property is in an excellent location. Easy walk to the historic area full of restaurants, cafes, shops, and more. Easy 20ish minute drive to Wrightsville Beach. The owners are very organized and great communicators. The place was immaculate and loved that it was a historic house! I would definitely book here again! 10 out of 10! »

« Very easy to walk to riverfront food and shops! This condo has a very neat design, needs to clean couch it’s nasty. I thought when I read that there was a rooftop bar on floor 5 we stayed on floor 3 it would be so cool. Well all I will say is the DJ they had pulled a “very” different crowd than us. We left for dinner and came back and the line to get back into the building was around the corner!! Luckily the bouncer/doorman spotted us and pulled us through.. you have to share the same small...

« SO....I was appreciative of the host who was very responsive and helpful. However, I was very disappointed in the property and was surprised it could have so many 5 star ratings. I wondered if the hosts had ever spent the night there to see what it was like to stay overnight. It was in a quiet area so nice for sleeping.To get to the back bedroom, you had to walk through the other bedroom. This was not ideal. Once you got there, there was no place for your suitcase....the closet was full of...
