I appreciated the late night check in option. The staff as a whole were more than helpful for whatever I asked for. I thought being next to the airport would create noise issues, but I slept and relaxed well.

When we made reservations we put in for three people. We were going to be late due to traffic. I called the hotel directly that we would be late not to give our room away, and that my husband was handicapped. We got there and was given a room far away from the front desk. Ok, got to room it was set up for two people. Went to desk to get towels was told they were locked up. Get them in the morning. Went to get towels in the morning and the laundry room clerk yelled at me and said they were in the room. If you want more towels bring them yourself. So, every morning we would bring her our used towels and ask her for replacements, she would say that she would leave them in our room. Not once. Good thing we bought out. Our room was net to the laundry room. There were about three or four trash bags full in our hallway at 11pm at night and the stunk. I took lots of pictures for headquarters. They had park to fly and they took all the handicapped parking spaces. Front desk people were rude except for the girl with the short black hair that checked us in. If it weren’t for the graduations in the area I would have never stayed there. No drain plug in sink, overhead light didn’t work, had to buy our own toilet paper. Toilet paper holder broken. I have all the pictures for corporate.

I didnt like how dark the whole facilities were. lighting was not good inside. Almost gave you a creepy feeling. made you feel unsafe. It is located pretty much across from the airport so it was very noisy. The breakfast was very limited. In fact Im surprised wyndham even puts their name on this place.

The smell of marijuana is just outside of the front desk and extends to upstairs; our room had cigarette smoke smell; tub was deformed on the bottom, hand on or you will loose your balance; toilet was loose, hang on to that too; noisy refrigerator; heater did not work well; house keeping did not come to clean our room or change out towels for all 4 days we were there; cabinet, that holds the refrigerator, door hung open and in the way; no sink or tub stopper (no bath for us); ran out of soap; very run-down and dirty overall! Also complained on company webpage and to the corporate office!! Worst stay EVER!

I requested for clean wash clothes and towels and never got them. Later in the day when I got back I called again to front desk and was given towels and they ran out of wash clothes. Tub sink in when stepping in it. Also no hand rails for seniors in them. Breakfast was so disappointing compared to hotels I’ve stayed at

Room, hallways and stairs dirty. Pillows were not real bed billows but square couch type pillows covered with a standard pillowcase. Bath tub was rusted and dirty. Bathtub was leaking water on the bathroom floor. Not enough outlets to charge any devices without unplugging the microwave or lamps. Weak cable tv connection. Would never recommend to anyone but I guess you get what you pay for and that wasn’t very much.

I would never stay here again. If hadn't been nearly midnight when I checked in, I would have requested another room. There was trash in the trashcan, a hand towel hanging on the towel rack, an opened coffee packet, and hair/ stains on the bed sheets. Completely unacceptable.

The staff here are wonderful and always incredibly helpful. I have stayed here twice now and the front staff are always just superb, going above and beyond. The rooms are what are i would call lower end of standard. Very much gets the job done of a clean place to lay your head and catch some z's but if i recommended this place to a friend i would certainly preface it with it aint pretty but it gets the job done.

It is continently located near Bradley International airport and provides shuttle service from 4 am - 12:30 am to and from the airport. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, dining area comfortable and clean as was my room

The walls and floors were filthy, there was sticky stuff in several spots on the carpet. The lady at the front desk is a thief, we made reservations and paid with a different credit card upon arrival, she charged the other card also and is blaming expedia (which is a lie). I would not ever recommend this place, it is disgusting and as of now twice the price until this is resolved

Enjoy that it is close to Bradley International Airport, and some fast food and delivery available. It is also close to some grocery stores. I find it somewhat hypocritical of the staff (might NOT be the management), to: A) Have Expedia or their website offer front-desk safe (but apparently no safe is there), B) Offer 3-mile radius shuttle rides (but depending on who is driving that shift, they might-or-might-not go to the grocery store {some are within 3 miles} or the Air Museum {which is right next to the Airport's control tower!}, C) Claim they will have towels or shampoo or toilet paper rolls or toothpaste sent to your room, but never follow-through with having them sent that shift {It seems some staff are making up excuses for not stocking the front desk with enough of these for the night, and then fibbing to guests for their lack of preparation} D) Claim cleanliness of breakfast area, but not cleaning toaster crumb trays, nor cleaning juice spill-trough at least daily, E) Why not leave a "Used linens & blankets" basket and a "Used towels" basket right near the housekeeping door on each floor, so guests can throw used towels into those, unstead of leaving them on the ground, or putting them into plastic bags? F) Why doesn't the hotel have the ability to leave voice-mails on the room phones? (There are instruction plates on the phones that are marked "Days Inn - Windsor Locks", which indicate "Press *71 to retrieve voice messages") Management should fix these!

The person checking us in was super nice and helpful. Our room was so far away...very inconvenient. The room was poorly maintained with rust in the bathroom and broken drawers in the furniture. We won't be staying here again. The floors were uneven and a tripping hazard as well.
