« Everything was exactly as advertised! The house is quite old they have kept its rustic beauty, right down to the "not quite level" flooring As expected, rooms are small, so it is definitely not for anyone who is disabled, but is cosy and comfy for those who are not! Blankets and pillows abound, there are games and TV for entertainment, and the back yard is a child's dream play area! The area was quiet and the bed was comfortable: I slept long and deep. »

« The gentleman running the breakfast area was late to work, everyone was in the lobby waiting. Every seat was taken. I stopped in to the cafe area to sit in a chair. He was rude and tild me he doesn't let anyone in unril he has the breakfast put out. I told him i just wamted to sit amd wait amd there was no place to sit in lobby. He said again he didn't let anyone sit un there till breakfast waa ready. I reminded him breakfast was from 6 to 10 am not whenever he decided to show up for work. I...

« Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Beth at Burrell and Flynn’s Farm. Beautiful home and comfortable room. Lots of love and thought put into anticipating guests needs from the welcome reception to the details in each room and bathroom. Breakfast was a highlight and got us set for our day. « This is a very old building with very poor maintenance and repairs. There were piles of dirt from where maids swept the floor and didn’t bother to remove the debris. Dirty hand marks on the walls and switches. No soap for the sink area, had to use shampoo. Not a clean place. »

« The hosts went out of their way to ensure that their guests were comfortable. They also have multiple recreational activities avaliable right in the back yard! The property was in a great location - just over mile to downtown and also convenient to multiple equestrian facilities. We would love to return the next time we are in the area. »
