« the person who checked me in was very rude...and when I departed they resisted giving me a receipt because she said "I already gave you one when you checked in" (which I had misplaced) as if they did not know how to RE-PRINT the receipt, plus isn't check-out is when you are SUPPOSED to get a receipt?....and finally, there were only 2 electric outlets and one of them did not work so I had to unplug stuff just to charge my phone... »

« The hotel was clean, cozy and inviting. My only complaint is we had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper and trash bags. We were there for 3 days and didn’t have maid service. Other than that, it was a really nice place to stay with kids. »

« This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right. »

« We were pleasantly surprised. Our rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. We attended an event at the Convention Center (about a 15 minute drive) and had dinner in West Hartford (about a 10 minute drive). Would definitely stay here again! »
