"We booked the spa and hotel stay package directly with the hotel for my partner's birthday and we absolutely loved it and had a great time! Big thanks to Lily at the spa for an amazing facial, great chat and advice as to which products I should be using to keep my skin smooth and fresh. Thank you also Emily for a lovely check in experience, she was very calm and friendly and made us feel properly welcomed at the hotel. Thank you!"

"This property is 10 out of 10. The communication with the host was excellent. The house was just fabulous , so well equipped and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Stunning location and the table tennis table was an added bonus. We had the most wonderful time celebrating my husbands 60th birthday with our family!"

"We stayed at Clopton Courtyard for my sister’s hen do, and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our group of 18. The accommodation worked brilliantly, as we were split into smaller groups of 3 or 4, which gave everyone their own space while still feeling connected.The real highlight was the large outdoor undercover area, which became our communal hub for the weekend. It was ideal for bringing everyone together, whatever the weather, and made the whole experience feel really special.Everything was spot on from start to finish, and it was the perfect setting for a celebration like this. I’d highly recommend Clopton Courtyard for group getaways or special occasions"

"Lovely luxurious lodge. Bright and airy. The view is beautiful. Great little hot tub. Would definitely stay again. The site facilities were great. The lodge although clean on the surface definitely needs a deep clean. The cooker hood was very dusty, maybe from the ongoing building works but covered in a thick layer of dust. Also the pillows have no protective covers. Unfortunately the bathroom attached to the master bedroom has a leak and the door frame and carpet badly damaged. I did flag it with the team as its only going to get worse if not sorted. Such a shame as it's s beautiful lodge. Also although there is designated swimming for family and children the golf club members were clearly unhappy at children being in the pool. They constantly made you feel uncomfortable which was off putting. Maybe they need reminding of family swim times."

"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even after the boiler was fixed late evening on the second day. In the absence of the hot water, even the addition of the two stable rooms, my guests have we complained to me bitterly. 7 of us were elderly guests with health issues and a 2.5 year old baby, so you can imagine the risks we were subjected to. There were water leaks in two of the bathrooms. Wendy the site manager did her best to help. Took on personal responsibility to solve the issue, but in the absence of effective technical help, she wasn't able to resolve the issues. I demand a full refund of my payment as the basic nessecities were not provided, and we had no option to find suitable alternative accommodation for so many guests at such a short notice. "
