Appartements à Wilmington

« There was leak from upstairs the day before but they had cleaned it all up except for a really sticky floor. Traffic was load but a great location. Tricky getting the garage pass with no parking in front. I recommend indications for pulling around the corner and running in for the parking pass. »

« The laundry is off the back of the building. »

« We never got this place that we first reserved. We were asked if we would mind changing to another property because the tenant wanted to overstay their reservation. Trying to be nice, we agreed. But where we ended up had extremely noisy jackhammering and repaving work going on for two days. So, we had to park blocks away from the site. At night, the upstairs tenant noise also kept us awake. Our floors were extremely creaky and the bathroom tub drain was so stopped up that we had to shower up to...

« Very clean and comfortable place. Luke was very communicative. Definitely a great choice when staying in Wilmington. »

« The host answered me back very quickly, even at 2 am, the first day, when we had a question about the apartment. Place was perfect for my husband and I. Bed was so comfortable, there were no parking issues, and every room was very clean!! »

« We stayed here for a week for work and play. Remodeled unit was in great condition. Lots of fun restaurants easy to walk to. »

« We were in town for a wedding at Hotel DuPont. The proximity to the hotel was amazing! The apartment was cozy and clean. Felt very safe and loved that you needed a code just to enter the main door at the entrance to the building. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions. Having free parking was also a huge plus!! Definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in town. »

« Very nice place with thoughtful touches. There is an upstairs neighbor but that didn’t bother us. There is one driveway space and additional street parking is fairly easy if needed. Neighborhood is nice. Highly recommend eating at Scalessa’s.Thank you for the stay! »

« From booking, to checking in, to checking out..seamless, painless and perfect. Luke was fantastic with directions, checking in to ensure all was good, quick to answer when I had a question. Spent 5 nights in this cozy, comfortable apartment. Close to everything within 15 drive. The most comfortable bed I've slept in while traveling. Great stay and first time in Wilmington. Luke and his rental have left a lasting impression...Thanks Luke »

« Luke responded quickly to all my questions and comments. The apartment is centrally located, the longest drive anywhere was 15 minutes. The park out front is a popular place for parents to bring their young children. »

« We will would like to offer some constructive feedback on the unit. 1. The teflon skillet and spatula need to be replaced because the teflon is coming off in the pan and the spatula looks like it has been melted. Both are a health hazard. 2. The cabinet to the right of microwave is coming off its hinges and needs tightened. 3. The vent by the furnace is filthy and is caked with dust. 4. The lid to the garbage can is filthy. 5. There are numerous holes in the walls throughout the unit. 6....
