Summary:
Welcome to your new home when visiting the Ark Encounter or attending a wedding! Only 2 minutes from the Ark, this home will cater finely to your family vacation, from Grandparents to Grand kids! Recently remodeled with you in mind, enjoy an open-concept, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom, stocked kitchen, and living room large enough to seat the whole family! This home also features key-less entry, wifi, cable, large deck and porch. Parking is no problem, with a wrap around driveway and parking pad.

The Space:
Recently remodeled with you in mind, this home is new in every facet; from carpets, fresh paint, and granite counter tops. With five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this home can comfortably sleep 10 guests. There are 3 bedrooms featuring queen beds and a smart TV. Another bedroom features another queen bed, along with two twin beds. A pack and play is also available to make packing a little lighter!

Included in your stay is cable and wifi, along with five total smart TV's that can access any apps of your choosing such as Prime, Netflix, and HBO. You are welcomed to use your own login for these apps.

There is a large laundry room in this home that you can use at your disposal. There are two washers and two dryers, both large, to make this a great stop during large trips or extended stays. This home also has a long porch with railings in the front of the home, and a large deck with more privacy in the back! The wrap-around driveway makes this home perfect for large groups with multiple vehicles. There is a large parking pad in the back of the home, to suit large groups and prevent blocking the driveway!

Accessibility to this home can be through either the front or back door. There is a key less lock on the front door, of which your own personal code will be provided prior to check in.

Guest Access:
Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you are 1 minute off the Williamstown exit, and 2 minutes from the Ark Encounter parking lot! This home is not only perfect for Ark Encounter guests, but any large group visiting a wedding at The Josephina Event Venue, Creation Museum, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park, or any event in Cincinnati! There is a hand book in the listing for local recommendations on brunch, coffee, and dinner!

Getting Around:
Your personal vehicle would be the best way to get around.

Mouse in the house
The house was nice and fairly clean. While the ice machine did not work, and there was a fat mouse in the house, for the most part everything was satisfactory. We did enjoy our stay.

It is a great house everything in the morning and I expected
When we got to the property, the code that we were given did not work, they were soon I was standing outside in the dark after 10 hours on the road. I took down the 800 number. I would leave a message because I would not answer after about three hours they answered, and the issue was resolved, this should not happen that should not happen. And when it does, he need someone to talk to at that very moment not with everybody standing on the porch waiting to get in a refund or something would be nice.

The place was perfect for the eight of us who came to visit the Ark Encounter. Great living space for all of us to hang out. Fully equipped kitchen and large eating area. Nice deck and front porch for a bonus. Fantastic location so close to the Ark. thanks for a great place.

Property was nice and large. Rooms were a little oddly arranged with no bathrooms in a bedroom. Nice kitchen. Very convenient to the Ark. We felt it was a little pricey but enjoyed our time.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and very spacious. We also loved the beautiful decor in the house. Check in and check out was a breeze. Also loved having use of two washing machines and two dryers. Highly recommend!!
