"It really is a 2 star hotel in a noisy location but the staff (including clean rooms) and the price brings it up to 4 for this apps purposes. "

"The hotel is getting some renovations and we were given the option of a renovated room or an older room. The renovations are great (no carpet!)....staff very helpful."

"Breakfast was wonderful did not use any of the other amenities the only thing I think they could improve on is the toilet paper very thin ply"

"I had no good things to say about this property. It was dirty and rundown. The hallways smelt of dog urine and smoke the room upon arrival was disgustingly dirty and for the first couple days of my stay there was NO HOT WATER plz don't stay here its not worth it"

"Location to the Ark is great! Very private location. Near the interstate, the house was clean, and check-in was easy. Beds were comfortable. The only issues: Ants in the kitchen. Texted the owner, and they left ant bait on the doorknob for us to put out while we were away. The Icemaker was not working; the unit was frozen over with several inches of ice, so we bought bags of ice. No spices, like salt or pepper, as advertised. We could not sit out on the porch due to a constant swarm of Carpenter Bees that have infested the deck rails and surrounding areas. If these issues are addressed, I would give this a 5-star recommendation and stay there again. "
